EPD1 Planning form

This form must be completed and sent to the General Teaching Council for Wales within 10 working days of the start of you first year of EPD.

This form must also be completed if you are continuing your first year of EPD at a school having already part completed a period of your first year of EPD at a different school.

EPD1 Evaluation form

This form must be completed and sent to the General Teaching Council for Wales within 15 working days of the completion of your first year of EPD.

EPD2 Planning form

This form must be completed and sent to the General Teaching Council for Wales within 10 working days of the start of your second year of EPD.

This form must also be completed if you are continuing your second year of EPD at a school having already part completed a period of your second year of EPD at a different school.
