Structures and Grading

The services provided by the Section include:-

• Grading of all new and revised posts within the Authority.
• Implementation of a new Job Evaluation/Grading Structure throughout the Authority.
• Provide advice to managers on all grading and structural issues.
• Provide advice and assistance in the production of Job Profiles and Personal Specifications and maintain the central record of these documents.
