Paper and On-line Forms for Clerks

Currently, most forms are held as Word or Pdf documents that need to be downloaded, printed to produce a hard copy , filled in by hand and then posted on to its destination.

An exercise has now been started to convert these, whenever possible and practical, to on-line forms that can be called up onto the screen, filled in and then sent on to the recipient electronically. These will be indicated by the word Online appearing in the format column (see table below).
