Isod ceir pedair enghraifft (dau o Gyfnod Allweddol 2 a dau o Gyfnod Allweddol 3) o sgiliau meddwl yn cael eu datblygu drwy gerddoriaeth. Mae’r enghreifftiau yn cynrychioli'r math o unedau a geir o fewn y mwyafrif o gynlluniau gwaith. Nid ydynt yn rhy benodol er mwyn galluogi ysgolion i gymhwyso egwyddorion yr enghreifftiau o fewn unedau gwaith eu hunain.

Ceir hefyd eirfa o’r offer addysgu y cyfeirir atynt o fewn yr enghreifftiau. Mae’r eirfa’n diffinio ac esbonio'r offer o fewn cyd-destun cerddorol, a hefyd yn awgrymu sut a phryd y gellir eu defnyddio o fewn y dosbarth.

 

Below are four exemplars (two for Key Stage 2 and two for Key Stage 3) exemplifying the development of thinking skills through music. They represent units of work that may typically be found in most schemes of work. The exemplars are deliberately not over specific so as to allow schools to apply the principles within them to their own units of work.

Below also is a glossary of the learning tools referred to within the exemplars. The glossary defines and explains these tools within a music context. It also suggests how and when they could be used within the classroom.
