Engaging in the dialogue about how learners learn.

The resource is organised into six themes.  Viewers have the flexibility to access the DVDs at any point.  They are neither chronological nor hierarchical.

The resource is intended to promote discussion and dialogue rather than highlight exemplary practice.  Questions and prompts for training are linked to each theme to encourage practitioners to reflect on their own practice.  There are also generic questions to promote a wider dialogue about learning.

The lessons you will see are grounded in subject areas.  However the focus for this resource is not the subject content but the development of skills.
